Filling

opening

Discharging

discharge gate+ protection back cover
	stitch on the side of bag bottom, and apply magic paste, bandage and gallus to fix the protection back cover on the flying rings on the other side of bag bottom. The protection back cover use film coating base cloth to anti damp and dust, that adapt to pack food and medicine which has stringent demand of clearness.

Marking

Document pocket
	Document pocket - are designed to hold additional information about the filling material or delivery details, standard: LDPE, transparent in upright position for A4 or A5 sheets, transparent and colored available, can be attached on various places, numbers and positions on the bag, available with flap, "zipper" or other closures to keep your documents well protected and waterproof.

Printing

Printing - can give in good view information on the filling material, codes, warnings, your company logo, our high performance equipment produces a unique print quality.

Sewing

There are different kinds of sewing methods available for FIBCs making, including parallel stitching, Over-lock stitching, chain stitching.

For fine powder products, bag seams can also be sewn with different sewing methods for dust proofing.

It will prevent material leakage and contamination.

According to the fineness of the contents and anti-sift requirements, different anti-sift materials are available for choice, such as filler cord, felt, and polyester straps.
